I confirm that I have my own place in this event and pledge to raise sponsorship in support of Myeloma UK, registered charity no. SC 026116. I understand that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Myeloma UK does not accept liability for any loss or injury sustained to, or by, anyone in the course of raising sponsorship, training or participating in this event. I give Myeloma UK permission to use my name, quotes and photographic likeness in marketing and promotional material and I confirm that I will not act in a way which may damage the reputation of Myeloma UK.
